1. How long does shipping take?

We are currently a new up-and-comer to the market with such high demand so there may some fluctuation in delivery and processing times.

  1. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping may vary depending on size, location, etc.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa/MasterCard while we are looking expand our payment options to make a greater convenience for all of our customers.

 

  1. The condition upon the item(s) you wish to return must:

  • Be in the original packaging ( especially electronics, devices, apparel and fragile items).
  • have visible and correct stamps/ labels/ tags.
  • have the order number, receipts or email confirmation.

5.  What is your return and exchange policy?

 

All returns will be accredited to your original form of payment. If your purchase was by debit or credit card. refunds will be made to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of returned item or cancellation request. please contact the issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you have not yet received any credit, call the bank or credit card company. it may take some time before the refund it posted to your account.

 

  1. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us if you receive any merchandise that may be defective, incorrect or damaged. please include order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best the remedy the situation as soon as possible.

 

  1. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Here at traversal-store we aim to process all orders as efficiently as possible. if you request any changes/ cancellations they must be within a 12 hour period after purchasing. However all requests made beyond this period will be denied. You can return the product for a full refund after it has been received.

  1. Non-returnable items include:

    perishables, custom made items, open hygiene items, etc.

  2. Do you ship internationally?

    A large portion of our products are currently shipped from Hong Kong.
