Refund Policy

At Traversal, we stand behind the momentum of our community. If your gear isn't helping you move better, we want to make it right. Because we source our products globally to bring you the most innovative solutions, please review our guidelines below.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with specific instructions on where to send your package once your return is accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong thing, contact us immediately. To expedite the process, please include:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear photo or video of the damage/issue.

Once verified, we will send out a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Change of Mind & Returns

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect (e.g., you changed your mind), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Personal Care Items: Such as sweatbands, massage tools, or compression gear that has been worn.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Important Note on Shipping Times

As we source our "problem-solver" products globally to keep prices low for you, shipping times may vary. We do not offer refunds for "late" deliveries unless the package is officially deemed lost by the carrier (usually after 45-60 days).
